Inside the dome, society will be ruled by a strict and fair constitution, putting equal expectations and responsibilities on each person. There will be no hierarchy. Each member of the society will serve within their area of expertise while also being trained in another area of interest for the good of the whole. It will be easy to meet expectations and the workload will be light, leaving a lot of space for creative pursuits and building relationships. If you can set aside the grief for the loss of all you’ve left behind outside the dome, it will be a joyful, fulfilling, and easy existence. Of course, it’s normal to feel anxious about a new way of living, but your anxiety should be put to rest as soon as you understand how carefully the societal function has been developed. Understanding what your role is and where you belong is a sure ticket to a comfortable and content life.
