The Meaford Public Library is celebrating Ontario Public Library Week from Sunday, October 19 to Saturday, October 25. The Library’s vision is to be a welcoming and inspirational destination for knowledge and learning, and its mission is to bring service excellence to meet the needs of a dynamic community through universal access to innovative and vibrant spaces and experiences.
This month’s event highlights the joy of reading in partnership with the Meaford Public Library and The Book Hive, celebrating the local stories and businesses that bring our community together. I have been invited to attend as a local(ish) author with bookstore owner Ryan Scott of The Book Hive.
Gather by the Bay, will be adding something extra special — the premiere of their charcuterie cart experience, serving up beautiful bites to complement the evening.
