Originally operating without signage in a red brick building on Bleecker Street, Piques was founded by former comedian Jack Pique as an intimate space for both established and emerging comedic talent. The venue underwent renovations in 2019, adding its now-iconic grey-blue door with gold kick plate and vintage-style marquee.
